1. About RTS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rtsbcdubai.com (and the redirected domain rtsbc.ae) and the professional services provided by RTS Business Consulting FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), United Arab Emirates, with registered office at 408, Preatoni Tower, Cluster L, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Scope of Services

RTS provides corporate advisory services including, but not limited to:

• Mainland and Free Zone company formation in the UAE and Bahrain
• Corporate bank account opening support
• Visa, PRO and government liaison services
• Accounting, bookkeeping and payroll support
• VAT and UAE Corporate Tax registration, filings and compliance
• AML, UBO, ESR and transfer pricing support
• Audit preparation, liquidation and business restructuring advisory
• Trademark registration and document legalization

The exact scope of every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal or engagement letter prior to commencement of work.

3. Pricing & Fees

Prices published on this website and in our price lists are professional fees only. The following are excluded unless expressly stated in writing:

• UAE Value Added Tax (VAT 5%), charged additionally on all services
• Government fees, including DED, free zone authority and DET fees
• Bank charges, security deposits and minimum balance requirements
• Notarization, attestation, translation and apostille fees
• Courier and document delivery charges
• Third-party provider fees (e.g. nominee directors, registered agents)

"From AED ..." figures are entry-point indications. The final fee is confirmed after a 30-minute scoping call and delivered as a fixed quote within 5 working days. Urgent work, historical cleanup, missing records or complex group structures may require a separate quote.

All invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may attract a service suspension.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents as reasonably requested
• Comply with all applicable UAE and Bahrain laws, including AML, sanctions and tax regulations
• Respond to RTS communications and authority requests within reasonable timeframes
• Pay invoices on time per agreed terms
• Notify RTS promptly of material changes (ownership, address, activities)

Delays caused by missing documents, client unresponsiveness or authority processing times are outside RTS's control and do not entitle the client to a refund or fee reduction.

5. Confidentiality

RTS treats all client information as confidential and uses it solely for the purpose of providing agreed services or as required by applicable law, regulators or authorities. We maintain reasonable security measures to protect client data. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, RTS's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to an engagement shall not exceed the amount of professional fees actually paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

RTS is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of goodwill, even if RTS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

RTS is not liable for delays, refusals or decisions by banks, government authorities, free zone regulators or third-party providers. Bank account approval, visa issuance and license approval are at the sole discretion of the relevant institution.

7. Not Legal or Tax Advice

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice. Specific guidance is provided only under a signed engagement letter, after KYC checks and document review. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, the RTS trademark and software — is the property of RTS Business Consulting FZCO or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any content without prior written permission.

10. AML & KYC Compliance

As a UAE professional services firm, RTS is required to perform client due diligence under UAE Federal AML legislation. We may request identity documents, source-of-funds information and beneficial ownership details before or during engagements. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement where AML, sanctions or reputational risk concerns arise.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable. Pre-paid retainers covering work not yet performed will be refunded net of work-in-progress costs.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any engagement with RTS are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of IFZA / Dubai Silicon Oasis. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

RTS may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
